1 Savoy cabbage, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon maple syrup

Method:

Heat the oil in a wok; add the mustard seeds and fry, stirring, until they begin to pop. Add the cabbage and garlic and fry until the leaves wilt. Stir in the coconut, maple syrup, and lemon juice. Fry for 1 minute and season with salt and pepper. Serve as a side dish.
