Ingredients (Serves 3)
– 300 g cooked chicken meat
– 2 medium apples
– 1 chopped lettuce
– 1 celery stalk
– 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
– 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

Instructions
- Cut the chicken into cubes, add salt, pepper, and sauté for 5 minutes on each side over medium heat
- Peel the apples, cut them into thin strips, and place them in a bowl
- Add the chicken, celery, and chopped lettuce to the bowl
- Finally, drizzle with mayonnaise and vinegar and mix gently.
