Peach Salad with Lots of Vitamins

Peach Salad: A large peach contains 560 international units of vitamin A which is important for good vision. 11.5 mg of vitamin C, which is antioxidant and helps in bone building. We will also find vitamins E and K. Vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant, while K is necessary for blood clotting in your body. Peaches are also a source of thiamine, riboflavin, vitamin B-6, niacin, folic acid, and pantothenic acid.
A study published in the “Journal of Medicinal Food” in October 2009 highlighted that significant antioxidant substances are present in the flesh and skin of peaches.

Ingredients:
– 2 large peaches
– 6 radishes
– 1/2 cup green beans
– 1/3 cup hazelnuts
– 1/2 handful cardamom
– 2 teaspoons olive oil
– 5 teaspoons orange juice
– 2 teaspoons soy sauce
Instructions:
Slice the peaches and radishes thinly. Cook the beans in a pot of boiling water for 1 minute and then drain them. Combine the solid ingredients in a bowl. Mix the oil, juice, and soy sauce in a jar and pour the mixture over the salad.
