Ingredients:
– 150 grams of soft low
-fat white cheese
– ¼ cup of low fat yogurt
– ¼ tablespoon of lemon juice
– ¼ teaspoon of olive oil
– 2 cloves of crushed garlic
– 300 grams of cucumber diced
Salt
ground black pepper

Instructions:
Place the cheese, yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, and spices in a bowl and mix until a smooth cream is formed. Add the cucumber and serve on a glass plate as a dip for vegetable snacks.
