Asian sesame brings nutty depth, and lemon-tahini offers creamy tang. Healthy oils provide good fats, and herbs add freshness. Choose light options or indulge in bold flavours—dressings make every salad exciting and satisfying!

Vinaigrette Dressing

Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

1 teaspoon mustard or ground mustard seeds,
125ml oil
60ml wine vinegar, apple cider vinegar, or lemon juice
Spices
Herbs
½ onion

Preparation:

  1. Mix the mustard with the oil and vinegar.
  2. Add the spices, herbs, and chopped onion.

Vinaigrette with Tomato

Ingredients:

1 cup onion-free vinaigrette
2 tablespoons ketchup
Oregano
Paprika

Preparation:

  1. Mix the vinaigrette with the ketchup.
  2. Add oregano and paprika.
Greek Yogurt Dressing

Dressing from Yogurt

Ingredients:

2 parts mayonnaise
1 part yogurt or buttermilk
Fresh or dried herbs, chopped
Onion
Garlic

Preparation:

  1. Mix the mayonnaise with the yogurt or buttermilk.
  2. Add the herbs, onion, and garlic.

Dressing Diet

Ingredients:

  • 4 tomatoes
  • ½ tablespoon lemon juice
  • Pepper
  • Fresh basil
  • Oregano

Preparation:

  1. Peel the tomatoes, chop them into pieces, puree them, and strain them.
  2. Mix the tomato puree with lemon juice.
  3. Add pepper, basil, and oregano.

Dressing for “Louisiana” Salad

Ingredients:

– 3 tablespoons homemade aioli
– 2 tablespoons sour cream
– 2 tablespoons ketchup
– 1 teaspoon spicy mustard
– 2 green onions
– Cayenne pepper
– 2 drops Tabasco
– Wild horseradish
– Salt

Preparation:

  1. Mix the aioli (garlic mayonnaise) with the sour cream, ketchup, lemon juice, and mustard.
  2. Clean the green onions, finely chop them and mix them with the dressing.
  3. Add cayenne pepper, Tabasco, wild horseradish, and salt.
  4. Place the dressing in the refrigerator for a few hours before serving with mixed salad.
