The agreement, finalized on Friday, concludes nearly two weeks of service disruptions caused by industrial action.<\/p><p>The settlement guarantees two key improvements for workers: a compulsory one-hour rest period during shifts and immediate overtime compensation when exceeding their standard daily working hours. Under the collective labour agreement, employees&#8217; regular workweek consists of 38 hours, equating to 7 hours and 36 minutes per day.
