butter<br \/>125ml double cream<\/p><h3>Preparation:<\/h3><ol><li>Remove the green tops from the carrots and discard them. Wash the carrots. Wash the courgette and cut it into slices or cubes. Steam the carrots and courgette.<\/li><li>Wash the sage, dry it and chop it finely.<\/li><li>Peel the onion and chop it finely. Heat the butter and saut\u00e9 the onion.
