olive oil to a baking dish and place it in the oven.<\/li><li>In the meantime, mix all the ingredients, except for the peppers, in a bowl, along with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.<\/li><li>Fill each pepper with an equal amount of the mixture and then cover them with their tops.<\/li><li>Place them in the dish and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.<\/li><li>Serve immediately.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Did you know:<\/strong> Green and yellow peppers have similar levels of vitamin C to red peppers, but less
